We are thrilled to have you join us on our special day, and your presence is the best gift we could ask for. As we have been blessed with everything we need, we kindly request that you do not bring any presents or flowers.

Instead, if you would like to contribute, we would be honoured if you made a donation to our foundation. All the proceeds will be given to the Order of Malta’s relief organisation in Slovakia (Malteser Aid Slovakia).

As many of you know, both of us are actively involved in the service to the poor and sick with Malteser Aid Slovakia. Malteser Aid daily delivers meals to more than 130 elderliesin Bratislava, runs soup kitchens for hundreds ofhomeless in three Slovak cities andworks with the disabled youth. The organisation and its volunteers also run community centres for the Romani people and help the refugees. Malteser Aid Slovakia was one of the first organisations helping at the Slovak-Ukrainian border crossing Vyšné Nemecké when the war in Ukraine started and so far,has delivered over 130 tons of humanitarian aid to disadvantaged communities in Ukraine.
